Renovated Post Office Buildings in Nagpur Inaugurated; Revamped Dak Sewa and Dak MITRA Apps Launched

The Ministry of Communications inaugurated renovated post office buildings in Shankar Nagar and Ayodhya Nagar under the Nagpur City Division as part of a national Department of Posts programme. Developed under the Jan Seva Connect Project, these modernized post offices provide postal, savings bank, Postal Life Insurance, and other citizen services. Additionally, the Revamped Dak Sewa App and Revamped Dak MITRA App were launched to expand digital postal services, enhance customer convenience, and improve accessibility and transparency for citizens.
