The Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms of Mauritius, Lutchmanah Raj Pentiah, met with Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh in New Delhi to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in public administration, training, and capacity building. The discussions focused on expanding institutional linkages between the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Public Service and Innovation (ABVIPSI) and key Indian training institutions such as LBSNAA, IIPA, and ISTM. Key initiatives highlighted include training 500 Mauritian civil servants over five years through the National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG), the operationalisation of the iGOT Karmayogi Mauritius platform, and potential collaboration in emerging fields like the Blue Economy, ocean technologies, and sustainable development.
