WCL Concludes ‘TEJAS’ Programme, Reinforces Focus on Developing Future Leaders

Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) successfully concluded its 'TEJAS' leadership development programme on August 22, 2026. Designed for young executives, the programme completed its first and second modules along with a computer-based assessment to nurture leadership capabilities, innovation, strategic thinking, and organizational understanding. The concluding ceremony, held in Nagpur, featured addresses by WCL Chairman-cum-Managing Director Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande, Mineral Exploration and Consultancy Limited CMD Shri Indra Dev Narayan, and WCL Director Shri Bikram Ghosh. The event included paper presentations, felicitation of faculty and outstanding performers, and cultural presentations.
