GENESIS Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Cohort-3 Launched at GENESIS NextGen Startup Summit - Coimbatore Edition

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), through the MeitY Startup Hub (MSH), launched GENESIS Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Cohort 3 at the GENESIS NextGen Startup Summit in Coimbatore. Part of the broader GENESIS (Gen-Next Support for Innovative Startups) scheme, the initiative aims to discover and support early-stage innovators, researchers, students, and startup founders—particularly in Tier-II and Tier-III cities—in transforming technology-driven ideas into scalable ventures. The programme offers selected applicants financial assistance of up to ₹10 lakh, along with incubation, mentorship, and MVP support. Eligible applicants include Indian citizens working on emerging fields such as Electronics, IT, DeepTech, AI/ML, IoT, Semiconductors, Cybersecurity, and Quantum Technologies, whose innovations are at Technology Readiness Level 1–4.
