DARPG organises 20th National e-Governance Webinar on Government Process Re-engineering for Digital Transformation

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) organised the 20th National e-Governance Webinar focusing on Government Process Re-engineering for digital transformation at the central level. The webinar showcased two National Award-winning initiatives under the National Awards for e-Governance 2026: AgriStack by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare (Gold Award) and e-Jagriti by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and National Informatics Centre (Silver Award). AgriStack serves as a Digital Public Infrastructure for agricultural governance, utilizing core registries like the Farmers’ Registry, Crop Sown Registry, and Geo-referenced Village Maps. Meanwhile, e-Jagriti provides a unified national digital ecosystem for consumer dispute resolution across National, State, and District Consumer Commissions by replacing legacy systems with end-to-end digital workflows.
