Pr. CCA Mumbai Celebrates National Senior Citizens’ Day

The Office of the Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (Pr. CCA), Mumbai, celebrated National Senior Citizens’ Day to honour the contributions of DoT and MTNL pensioners. The event emphasized pensioner welfare, digital empowerment, and senior citizen services. Key officials highlighted digital initiatives such as SAMPANN, DigiLocker, UMANG, CPGRAMS, e-PPO, and Jeevan Pramaan. The programme included informative sessions on cyber security conducted by the Mumbai Police Cyber Crime Branch, a session on the Doorstep Digital Life Certificate facility by India Post Payments Bank, and a free health camp organised in association with Wockhardt Hospitals.
