BRICS Youth Council Meeting and BRICS Youth Summit Held Successfully in Gandhinagar, Gujarat

India’s BRICS Chairship 2026 organized the BRICS Youth Council Meeting and BRICS Youth Summit in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, under the theme “Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability”. Hosted by the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the events focused on a people-centric and humanity-first approach. The Summit featured thematic discussions on education, entrepreneurship, inclusive development, sustainability, and people-to-people cooperation. Meanwhile, the Youth Council Meeting discussed the Draft Joint Declaration and the BRICS Youth Cooperation Framework ahead of the BRICS Youth Ministers’ Meeting in Visakhapatnam.
