PRESIDENT OF INDIA GRACES THE OPENING OF AMRIT UDYAN SUMMER ANNUALS EDITION, 2026

President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the Amrit Udyan Summer Annuals Edition 2026 on 14 August 2026. The garden will be open to the public from 16 August to 15 September 2026, daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM) and closed on Mondays for maintenance. Entry is free but visitors must book slots online at visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in, with bookings closing at 10:00 AM the day before; no on‑spot booking is available. Facilities include drinking‑water stalls, first‑aid posts, rain shelters, restrooms, and a shuttle service from Central Secretariat Metro Station every 30 minutes. The edition highlights indigenous and native flowering plants, QR‑coded plant identification, and various garden features aimed at promoting biodiversity and visitor awareness.
