PRESIDENT OF INDIA TO ADDRESS THE NATION TOMORROW ON THE EVE OF 80TH INDEPENDENCE DAY

President Droupadi Murmu will address the nation on 14 August 2026, the eve of India’s 80th Independence Day. The speech will be broadcast at 1900 hrs on the national Akashvani network and telecast on all Doordarshan channels in Hindi, followed by an English version. Subsequent regional language telecasts will follow on Doordarshan, and Akashvani will air regional language versions at 2130 hrs on its regional networks.
