TEXT OF THE OBSERVATION MADE BY THE HON'BLE CHAIRMAN, RAJYA SABHA REGARDING DISCOURTEOUS AND UNDIGNIFIED COMMENTS BEING MADE BY MEMBERS INTERRUPTING THE SPEECH OF OTHER MEMBERS IN THE HOUSE

The Chairman of the Rajya Sabha noted instances of discourteous and undignified comments by members who interrupted the speeches of fellow members. He advised members to avoid hurting the sentiments and feelings of their colleagues and emphasized respect for the diverse regional cultures and traditions represented in the House.
