E-GRAM SWARAJ AND AUDITONLINE

The Ministry of Panchayati Raj’s e‑Panchayat Mission Mode Project has rolled out eGramSwaraj and AuditOnline to digitise planning, budgeting, accounting, audit, asset management and monitoring of Gram Panchayats. eGramSwaraj is linked with PFMS, GeM, BHASHINI, BSNL (BharatNet) and IMD for payments, procurement, multilingual services, connectivity monitoring and weather data. For FY 2025‑26, 252,864 of 258,725 village panchayats (≈98%) were onboarded on the eGramSwaraj‑PFMS interface and 250,664 GPDPs were uploaded. Capacity‑building under the Revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan trained over 110 k participants in digital governance and over 1 million in Panchayat Development Plans across states. Annexures detail state‑wise adoption, audit reports and training numbers, including specific data for the Gwalior Lok Sabha constituency.
