APEDA Organises BIOFACH INDIA 2026 to Promote India's Certified Organic Products and Expand Global Market Access

The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), in partnership with Nuernberg Messe India, organised BIOFACH INDIA 2026 (6‑8 August 2026, Greater Noida) to promote India’s certified organic sector. Over 200 Indian companies, including more than 60 under the APEDA Pavilion, displayed a wide range of organic foods from 12 states. The event hosted more than 35 international buyers from 13 overseas markets, facilitating structured Buyer‑Seller Meets. Technical conferences addressed organic certification, traceability, sustainability and global market requirements. Senior officials, including the Secretary of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, highlighted the exhibition’s role in expanding export opportunities and supporting farmers and enterprises.
