CSIR-NIScPR Organised Skill Training Course on “Science Communication and Emerging Trends”

The CSIR‑National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (CSIR‑NIScPR) organised a two‑day Skill Training Course on “Science Communication and Emerging Trends” on 4–5 August 2026 under the CSIR Integrated Skill Initiative (Phase III). The programme, conducted by the Institute’s Training Division, hosted 30 participants from universities, research institutions, academic organisations, media and industry. It combined expert lectures, interactive discussions and practical sessions covering fundamentals, audience‑centric strategies, behavioural insights, social‑media management, podcasting, infographics, short videos, AI applications, ethics and emerging career opportunities. Pre‑ and post‑training surveys were used to assess learning outcomes, and certificates were awarded to all participants.
