Designing Innovative Solutions for Holistic Access to Justice (DISHA) 2.0 Scheme aims at leveraging technology to develop and enhance the outreach of people friendly solution platforms for legal services

The Designing Innovative Solutions for Holistic Access to Justice (DISHA) 2.0 Scheme is a Central Sector Scheme for pan‑India implementation, covering all districts of Gujarat for the period 2026‑31. It seeks to leverage technology to expand the outreach of people‑friendly legal service platforms. DISHA 2.0 comprises four components – Tele‑Law (free pre‑litigation advice), Nyaya Bandhu (pro‑bono legal services), Legal Literacy and Legal Awareness Programme, and VIDHI‑Sanjeevani. Progress is monitored through a centralized VIDHI‑Sanjeevani dashboard, regular review meetings, field visits, regional workshops and a dedicated Programme Management Unit.
