EPFO Goa Launches Updated Whats App Helpline for Faster Member Support

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Regional Office in Goa has updated its WhatsApp helpline to 8788914105. The service aims to provide quicker, digital‑first assistance to EPF members, employers, pensioners and other stakeholders in the state, allowing them to submit grievances, seek information and raise service‑related queries without visiting the office. Users are instructed to include their name, UAN or PPO number, mobile number and a brief description of their issue in the WhatsApp message. The initiative is presented as part of EPFO’s ongoing effort to deliver transparent, citizen‑centric, technology‑driven services and improve grievance redressal.
