Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ ‘Corporate Mitra Scheme’ Awareness Webinar Successfully Organized by IICA Shillong for the youth and enterprises of Arunachal Pradesh

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Shillong, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, organised a webinar on the Corporate Mitra Scheme for youth, students, MSMEs and professionals of Arunachal Pradesh. The event, held in collaboration with Rajiv Gandhi University and co‑hosted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) with support from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), aimed to sensitize participants about the scheme that creates a pool of qualified ‘Corporate Mitras’ to provide affordable compliance and business support to MSMEs. The scheme targets 2,000 pan‑India participants, including 200 from the North‑East with a 50 % fee concession, and registration was open from 15 July to 31 July 2026. Over 150 students and faculty from Arunachal Pradesh attended the webinar.
