Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya, Capacity Building Commission and Department of Public Enterprises Successfully Conclude 3rd Bharat CPSEs' Consultative Conclave 2026

The Ministry of Railways hosted the third Bharat CPSEs' Consultative Conclave 2026 at Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya, Vadodara, focusing on project execution, asset management and organisational excellence for Energy and Mining CPSEs. Jointly organised by the Capacity Building Commission and the Department of Public Enterprises, the three‑day event saw 39 senior delegates from major CPSEs such as NTPC, Coal India, BPCL and ONGC discuss planning, DPR, contracting, land acquisition, asset life‑cycle management, deep‑tech adoption and the use of the PM Gati Shakti platform. The conclave will lead to a Bharat CPSE Compendium of best practices, supporting the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision and strengthening professional capacity across the infrastructure ecosystem.
