The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises has launched the MSME Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal under the RAMP Programme to address commercial disputes, especially delayed payments. Success stories cite Zeedesign Engineering recovering ₹21.06 lakh within 24 hours and M/S Shiva Chemicals recovering ₹4,99,184 through the portal’s pre‑MSEFC negotiation mechanism. The portal offers a transparent, cost‑effective digital platform with features such as a Digital Guided Pathway, vernacular language support, and online conciliation/arbitration, aiming to improve cash‑flow, strengthen financial resilience of MSMEs, and advance Ease of Doing Business and Digital India objectives.
