One Stop Centre provides integrated and immediate support and assistance under one roof to women affected by violence and those in distress

The Ministry of Women and Child Development reports that 1,033 One Stop Centres (OSCs) have been approved under Mission Shakti, of which 985 are operational and have assisted over 15.20 lakh women from 1 April 2015 to 30 June 2026. The central government funds 100 % of staffing costs for 13 posts per OSC. To improve convergence, 657 OSCs have been linked with the Women Helpline, which is also connected to ERSS‑112 and Child Helpline (1098). OSCs are further integrated with Shakti Sadan for long‑term rehabilitation, and 575 Sakhi Niwas hostels for working women are functional nationwide.
