Under Mission Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0, a package of six services are provided to eligible beneficiaries through Anganwadi Centres across the country

Under Mission Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 the Ministry of Women and Child Development provides a package of six services – Supplementary Nutrition, Pre‑school Non‑formal Education, Nutrition & Health Education, Immunisation, Health Check‑up and Referral Services – through Anganwadi Centres nationwide, including Uttar Pradesh. Three health‑related services are delivered via the National Health Mission. The Ministry has launched the Pankhudi portal for stakeholder collaboration and the Poshan Tracker app for real‑time monitoring of Anganwadi infrastructure, workers and beneficiaries. Honoraria for Anganwadi Workers and Helpers were raised in October 2018 to ₹4,500 and ₹2,250 per month respectively, with additional performance incentives. Aadhaar‑based facial recognition ensures 99.88 % beneficiary verification and enables nominee‑based THR distribution.
