Union Minister Shri Prataprao Jadhav Inaugurated Prakriti Café at Ayush Bhawan

On 22 July 2026, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for AYUSH, Shri Prataprao Jadhav inaugurated Prakriti Café at Ayush Bhawan. The café is described as a first‑of‑its‑kind workplace initiative of the Ministry of AYUSH aimed at promoting healthy dietary practices inspired by the AYUSH Ahaar programme. It offers a menu of nutritious items such as beetroot‑oats cutlet, millet dhokla, oats poha, makhana kheer, coconut water and herbal teas, priced affordably. Officials highlighted that the café seeks to counter the rise in junk‑food consumption and related lifestyle diseases, and to bring traditional Indian nutrition concepts into daily work‑life settings.
