Meri Samiti Mera Patal

The Ministry of Cooperation’s ‘Meri Samiti Mera Patal’ initiative, conceptualised and launched by the Regional Institute of Cooperative Management (RICM), Chandigarh under the National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT), aims to empower Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and Multi‑purpose Cooperative Societies (MPCS). It creates digital profiles for each society, establishing a centralized, transparent, real‑time data system to aid informed decision‑making. The programme covers Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Chandigarh and Leh‑Ladakh. No proposal exists to expand the portal nationwide. Benefits highlighted include enhanced identity and transparency, greater public visibility, and real‑time data access.
