Prime Minister condoles loss of lives due to a mishap in Ahmedabad, Gujarat

The Prime Minister expressed grief over a mishap at a fireworks factory in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and said the local administration is providing all possible assistance to those affected. He announced an ex‑gratia of Rs 2 lakh from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) for the next of kin of each deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured.
