Bharat Tex 2026 Witnesses Unprecedented Business Momentum and Massive Footfall

The first three days of Bharat Tex 2026, held at Bharat Mandapam, recorded 1,647 exhibitors and nearly 95,000 business visitors (including 11,315 buyers, of which 6,090 were international) from 138 countries. Over 28,500 B2B meetings and more than 100 B2G/G2G interactions were conducted. The event catalysed investment commitments worth INR 14,300 crore, with 30+ MoUs signed by states such as Karnataka (INR 2,821 crore, 11,020 jobs) and Bihar (INR 1,476 crore, 40,500+ jobs). RE&UP announced an additional INR 4,800 crore investment, and business enquiries of approximately US$ 2.8 billion were generated. Knowledge sharing featured 100 sessions on trade, sustainability, AI, and technical textiles, while a LoI with Première Vision Paris aimed to deepen India‑EU textile ties.
