PDUNASS Inaugurates Three-Day Training Programme on Recovery Management for Regional Labour Commissioners (Central)
The Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS), the apex training institute of the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, inaugurated a three‑day Training Programme on “Recovery Management” for 26 Regional Labour Commissioners (Central) from 15‑17 July 2026. The programme aims to deepen their knowledge of the legal, procedural and practical aspects of recovery proceedings, including the role of Recovery Certificates issued by the Chief Labour Commissioner and their execution through District Magistrates. It also stresses the importance of communication, empathy and behavioural competencies to achieve voluntary compliance and enhance public confidence. The training reflects PDUNASS’s expanding role in capacity building and inter‑institutional collaboration within the labour and social security ecosystem.
